To pleat or not to pleat...

I've been so busy with general life. Looking for a new job, planning a bridal shower, trying to find the battery charger for my camera... I've been really excited about the next few videos I want to produce. Most especially, I've been working on the new tutu method I started using this year. Essentially, it involves pleating and sewing upside down and in multiple tiers. The outcome is so floofalicious! Anyway, I promised SammySinger101 that I would, which is funny, because I had some videography ready, but I realized my camera fooken froze throughout filming... Back to the drawing board.
